Delivering Holiday Gifts for the Butterfly Effect Girls

Peconic Bay Zonta members Betsy Kaplan (in photo on right, seated) and Vivian Daddino delivered 58 journals and pens gift-wrapped for the holidays that their local Zonta chapter donated to the Butterfly Effect Project in Riverhead. The Butterfly Effect Project is a nonprofit community group that helps girls achieve self-confidence and academic success.

Butterfly Effect Project founder and executive director Tijuana Fulford (pictured below with Daddino) was delighted to accept the journals.

Peconic Bay Zonta is affiliated with Zonta International, which has members in 66 countries working to improve the lives of women and girls.
