Report on Kenya

With a Maasai shield centered on bold black, red and green stripes, the Kenyan flag served as a backdrop to Peconic Bay’s business meeting on January 13.

Club members enjoyed an evening of discussion and dinner inspired by Kenya.

Our advocacy chair, Barbara Pierce, presented statistics comparing birth, infant mortality, fertility and literacy rates among four countries: Kenya, China, Mexico and the U.S.

Here are the numbers to inspire your own thoughts:
